WhatsApp Channel & SSO Enhancements

Introducing a dedicated WhatsApp channel integration and enhanced Single Sign-On administration experience.

This update introduces a dedicated WhatsApp channel integration to further expand our platform from three to four native channels to offer multi-channel communication and improve customer engagement. We have also enhanced the Single Sign-On (SSO) administration experience, providing clearer SAML linking controls and refined user provisioning workflows. These improvements ensure a more secure, scalable, and user-friendly environment for managing enterprise authentication and digital messaging channels.

Connection Manager

  • Launched a new WhatsApp channel featuring a simplified agent table view that displays only the primary phone number to ensure a clean, scannable interface

Console

  • Updated Single Sign-On (SSO) user creation by replacing checkboxes with radio buttons, making it easier for administrators to explicitly choose a login method and understand when a password-reset email is required
