Anthropic Claude 4.6 Support & Voicemail Detection

This week we launched support for the latest Anthropic Claude models (4.5 and 4.6) within prompts and introduced a new automated voicemail detection service for outbound calls. We also improved the clarity of email template configurations and added audible key-press sounds to call recordings.

Console

• Launched new LLMs for Anthropic's Claude Haiku 4.5, Sonnet 4.6, and Opus 4.6 to support advanced prompts

Conversation Manager

• Launched a new LLM voicemail detection service which detects the transfer legs of voicemail calls

Channel Manager

• Added audible beeps to call recordings to indicate that touch-tone keys were selected by an agent for better audit trails
• Improved call quality by enabling "Text-Based Echo Cancellation" to detect and flag audio echoes on channels
