This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds outbound vs. inbound visibility to the Sessions API and fixes a DTMF handling issue that affected callers responding to greeting and language menus.

Sessions

  • Added an is_outbound flag to Sessions API responses so users can distinguish outbound from inbound sessions in reporting and troubleshooting.

Conversation Manager

  • Fixed DTMF input on greeting and language menus so callers can respond to a greeting question instead of being cut off after a single digit.
