This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds per-language Responsive Dialogue bridge phrases under Voices, introduces background noise tracking for telephony integrations to reduce the impact of echoes and ambient noise on transcriptions, and fixes Insights tool configuration so builders can save tools that use LLMs without a version field, including Gemini and Anthropic.

Voices

• Added per-language configuration for Responsive Dialogue bridge phrases under Voices so builders can set localized still-working messages for each supported language, with empty fields falling back to default English.

Insights

• Fixed Insights tool configuration so builders can save tools that use LLMs without a version (such as Gemini and Anthropic) without a "Model version is required" error.

Telephony

• Added background noise tracking to telephony integrations to filter out low-energy audio, reducing the impact of echoes and ambient noise on transcriptions.
